In the auto industry, CATARC CN95 healthy cabin certification is highly valuable.

The CN95 healthy cabin certification is a certification system jointly launched by CATARC Huacheng Certification (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Caeri Quality Testing and Certification Center Co., Ltd. on March 28, 2020, and is one of the first to be filed at the Certification and Accreditation Administration of China. The set of certification rules represents the first (and the only one at present) CN95 health certification system for auto products at home, evaluating the health and safety levels of auto products based on the certification mode that combines product type tests and post-certification supervision.

In the certification system, fresh air cabin certification is the certification closely related to air quality in cars, and directly concerns and health of members on board. In product type tests, the targets of tests include whole cars and parts & components and 11 items are involved to test the health and safety levels of the air in cars in an all-round way.

With an environmental-friendly and healthy room inside, ARCFOX αT passed the fresh air cabin (Level A) certification, the highest level of CATARC CN95 healthy cabin certification, demonstrating its competitiveness in the field. 

The heathy air in ARCFOX αT is supported first by the filter elements of air-conditioners, which adopt the next generation highly efficient air purification system and filtering materials better than common PM2.5 filters. The filtering materials are composed of the pre-filtering layer made with the spun-bond technique and the super-fine fiber layer made with the melt-blow technique, offering dual guarantee for capturing super-fine droplet nuclei.    

Besides, ARCFOX αT also introduces static electret made of polypropylene films of small strips, which captures dust through the electrostatic force of charge and features high efficiency, low resistance, protection against bacteria and energy conservation.

Through dual protection enabled by a higher level of filtering materials and the static electret technique, ARCFOX αT can filter more than 95% of the particles above 0.3 microns, up 5% from the efficiency of PM2.5 filter element, and thus better prevent hazardous substances like droplets, bacteria and dust from entering the cabin. Equipped with the flower house-level air-conditioners and heat management system, ARCFOX αT allows both the driver and passengers to set air-conditioner temperature independently and offers healthier air inside as well as driving & riding comfort.

Environment-friendly Materials Adopted for ARCFOX αT Interior Guarantee Healthy Travelling  

Besides the vehicle regulation-level CN95 filter element, the environment-friendly interior materials also add to the protection of air quality inside ARCFOX αT.

Selected environment-friendly materials are adopted for the interior of ARCFOX αT and processed with advanced techniques to improve air quality from the source. The interior is made of natural fiber from hemp plants like jute, piemarker and flax; with the main content as cellulose, the materials are renewable with VOC reduced by 20%, and thus are much more environment-friendly.

Much NAPPA leather used as cladding materials involves much fewer hazardous materials, and releases less VOC and smell when matched with suede made of super-fine fiber and water-based PVC. On the back of the leather, 3Dmesh replaces sponge foam; as a new-type fabric with outstanding breathability, elasticity and support, 3Dmesh is made of polyester fiber, and is green, nontoxic, formaldehyde free, heavy metal free, ageing resistant, washable and bacteria proof.
